Welcome to HSF !

Heat shock transcription factor/heat shock protein (Hsf/Hsp) are composed of structurally and functionally conserved domains―DNA binding domain (DBD) at the N-terminal, an adjacent bipartite oligomerization domain (HR-A/B or OD), nuclear localization signal (NLS), nuclear export signal (NES), C-terminal activator peptide protein (AHA) and repressor domain (RD). Hsp is one of the most important heat stress proteins regulated by Hsf, which plays an important role in the mechanism of plants responding to heat stress and resisting the damage caused by heat response.
